Meet Jonathan Matheson, our Clients Relations Manager and Tenant Placement Coordinator

Born and raised on Prince Edward Island, Jonathan grew up in Emerald and started working in the customer service industry at a young age. Transitioning into the trades as an adult he has an extensive background in residential renovations and repairs. As a licensed Realtor and active real estate investor on Prince Edward Island he has put these skills to work for MV Property Management helping our clients find new investment opportunities, perform renovation assessments needed to add value to their property, what costs could be associated with the repairs/renovations and make their property appealing to potential tenants. Jonathan is passionate about making our client’s investing journey as efficient and seamless as possible. He brings a positive attitude to every situation, treating all tenants with the utmost respect and honesty which festers a positive atmosphere within the organization and helps the maintain a strong relationship with clients as well.

  Meet Matt Vautour, our Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Originally an Acadian from the east coast of New Brunswick, Matt has always been working in carpentry & renovations, industrial maintenance, vehicle repair and plumbing from a young age. Leaving for PEI at the age of 19, Matt never looked back, as the island cemented itself in his legacy. After completing the Power Engineering course at Holland College, Matt has been working in relevant fields that would eventually materialize as property management. The blend of business operation, property management, maintenance and continuous improvements to systems and processes proved to be right up his alley. Being fluent in both English and French, Matt places strong emphasis on positive leadership and stoic philosophies resulting in the ability to connect and engage with all walks of life in a respective manner. Having joined Military service in the Reserve force with the PEI Regiment, Matt has learned many valuable lessons and overcame difficult trials to allow him to serve for a greater purpose. This translates well into the difficulties of effectively managing tenants and proving a valuable and sound base for investments.
